Terms of use

The license

• A Closia license is personal and activates on 1 Mac at a time.
• It doesn't expire and includes every feature and every update.
• You can move your license from one Mac to another at any time (Settings › License › Deactivate This Mac).
• A license that is refunded or disputed with your bank is deactivated.

Payment

Stripe sells Closia as its merchant of record: the order, the invoice and VAT are handled by Stripe, under its own terms.

Refunds

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Details are on the Refunds page.

Use

• Closia keeps your Mac from sleeping during the sessions you start. Closed-lid mode applies safeguards (charger, temperature, 4 hours in a row); keep your closed Mac somewhere ventilated.
• You remain responsible for what your agents do and for the settings you choose (sleep or shut down at the end of a session).

Warranty

Closia is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price paid for the license. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
